Hi,

I have received Invite for 190 SA week ago or so ago and started filling in the requested information.

Q1 : Where is the section !? All info required is as form, nowhere to anything such as ID, education, work experience etc.
Are documents supposed to be ed after submitting or within 60 days given?

Q2 : When does the visa application charge need to be payed ? When submitting of after ?

Q3 : How crucial is the employment contract ? I did a quick search round the house and came up empty handed. Im with the same company for more that 10 years, and i have signed a couple of annexes and i have them all, but the first contract signed is missing (for now). Knowing HR i have doubts they will be cooperative on acquiring the contract from the dusty archives.
I do have all payslips, bank statements, ref. letter, health insurance and every possible ing evidence for the entire period of employment.

Q4 : PCC should be issued 3 weeks from now, should I now or after submission ?

Q5 : What about form 80 and form 1221?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Q1 - attachment section will open up after you submit the visa application. You can max 60 documents.

Q2 - towards the end of the visa application submission

Q3 - Its important but you can whatever you have. Same as the skills assessment process

Q4 - PCC can be ed later. There is a button to click in the section to confirm that you have ed all docs needed. Dont click it until you are sure you have ed everything.

Q5 - Upto you. You can them right away or wait for CO. When they look into your application CO may or may not ask.

Regarding Q1, so the application is considered submitted without documents ? Please explain this ....

Q2 : clear
Q3 : clear
Q4 : clear about PCC, not clear about rest of your answer :) please check my comment on Q1.
Q5 : clear.

Cheers,

While filling up the application i have stumbled on residential addresses ... and what does this exactly mean?

Some people live in one place, but official address in government issued documents is another.
Im in somewhat similar situation.

So i lived in the same place (address, city, etc) from 2015-to date, but from 2015-2016 actual address in all official documents was different.
As far as I can in 2016 address was changed in official documents to current one.

So Residential address is factual address of living, or Residential address is what is on government documents?

Another problem is that i do not the exact date i have moved in my current place i know it was May, ten years ago. Application requires exact date.
How to handle this?

On to employment history ...
Form requests employment in the last 10 years. But I have more than 10 years experience (same company, different positions ... )

In EOI
Episode1 : from 11/2010 - 11/2014 -> ACS did not give any points for this episode (not claimed in EOI)
Episode2 : from 11/2014 - 11/2017 -> ACS assessed period as valid for points claim (claimed points in EOI)
Episode3 : from 11/2017 - to date -> ACS assessed period as valid for points claim (claimed in EOI) (ACS result letter is dated 6.2023, EOI submitted 12.2024, and im still in same position at the company)

In Application
Since application is requesting employment in last 10 years, do I stay true to EOI and ASC ?
Or, do I give answer as in form (last 10 years only)?

This will mean that ...
Episode1 will begin in 5/2015 (points claim - yes), end on 11/2017.
Episode2 will begin in 11.2017 (points claim - yes), end - to date.

Not sure what path to take, according to the nice people in this forum, employment history should mirror EOI.
But my case is specific because of long em. history that goes beyond 10 year mark. And i could not find similar case in the forums.

Cheers,

Which form are you talking about ?

Moving on ...

Q1 : Do i need to payslips and bank statements for the period from acs submission (3.2023) till now ?
Q2 : How many ? For each month for last 2 years ? 3-4 per year ?
Q3 : I suppose ref. letter to be ed is the one submitted to ACS ?

Cheers,
