Hi everyone,

I have recently received an Invite to apply for a 190 visa (NSW) and am a little worried about a couple of things that I saw on my application. Was wondering if you all could guide me on what to do next.
Firstly, my points summary shows less than 1 year experience of Australia which is true but the fact is that I have never been to Australia and hence I can't if there was an option for 0 or N/A for this specific question. Is this the selection by default which shows on each application?

Secondly, I have made some errors in the dates of a couple of things. These don't have any affect on the points and they are still valid but I am still concerned anyhow. I submitted the correct dates/certificates to NSW for my pre-invite and that was approved surprisingly the very next day.

1) The date of my wife's IELTS was incorrectly added by me, not sure how I made the mistake but this is what the EOI currently shows:

The actual date is 26/2/2023 instead of the 26/4/2023 mentioned and hence it is valid till 26/2/2026. The scores and certificate number are all accurate.

2) The date of my employment is slightly incorrect (by 1 day)

The actual start of my employment is 15th July 2016 to - 15th July 2017 for first work experience and 16 July 2017 - to 31st July 2018 for my second experience. This was confirmed by my organization when I received my actual letter of employment.. I had 14th July as the date I ed the site where I worked.

Both of these things do not have any affect on my number of points claimed, but I am still a little skeptical as there is so much money involved.
So, should I correct these errors in my documentation and add a note for the CO for 190 visa or not risk it and let the invite lapse?

Moreover, would appreciate if someone could guide me to a tried and tested migration agent who I can hire for my application.. preferably one who would know how to handle cases of Engineers. I think it's a good idea now to get some professional help to avoid any errors in the future.

Thanks in advance.

All these are extremely minor and inconsequential errors, when you submit the final application just fix them all, and that's all you need to do.

Less than 1 year experience in Aus is by default for everyone.

I don't see the value of migration agent, you simple need to go through page by page of application, takes around 3-4 hours to complete. Agent is going to charge 7-8k aud for exactly the same thing you can do as well. Start your application and if you have questions then can assist you.
