Thank you for replying!! I wasn’t planning on purchasing a car. From what I understand, I can temporarily lease one. It’s an investment property for me. All I’ve been seeing are 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses in the historic city center, so that’s been positive.

 

The only lease I can think of is the French scheme. An Italian lease would still need to be ed.

Yes, renting it out while I’m not there and perhaps while I’m there. One unit, with two rooms separated with separate entrances.

Thank you for that information, Nick. I found that Auto Europe offers short leases (3 weeks - 175 days) with full insurance coverage. The numbers work out much better than renting. But I haven't ed them yet, so we shall see...
