Straight to Residence - Documents Checklist

Hi All,

This is my first post and will be applying for STR as my job and work experience falls in Green List Tier 1. My query is on below points and will need your help to clear those doubts.

Previous Work Category

1. Search for your role in the Green List. For the Straight to Residence Visa you must:

• be in a Tier 1 role, and
• provide evidence you meet your role's requirements

On the above point - My job offer is for Analyst Programmer(261311) which is Tier 1 role( is this enough? or do we need anything further to satisfy?
Provide Evidence - Do we have to provide Standard IQA or Skill Shortage List - IQA. Do I have to get the assessment done only for my studies or my work experience as well like we do for Australia? I understood it to be for both Studies and Work Experience, however, when I try to apply for Skill Shortage List IQA -ANZSCO code 261311 is not available.

2. Health Check - Does it has be from some Health Centre or any Hospital will do? For example - in Australia we get it done via BUPA Medical?
