USD to Wise from non US bank

I have a Canadian bank in USD. I have tried to link it to my Wise to transfer the money here while the exchange rate is favourable.

However Wise appears to only accept USD from a US bank .

Has anyone linked a USD that is not at a US bank to Wise?

I am thinking my only options are to either SWIFT the USD to my Philippine USD or exchange it for CDN and transfer that, but I lose on two exchanges.

Haven't tried the other apps.

I have used Remitly to pull money out of USA USD bank (using ATM card) and went into Philippines USD bank for a low fee.

Also have done this into Gcash
When going into anything PHP there is no fee, and they make money by the exchange rate (similar to what PayPal does).

I queried Wise, they can only withdraw money in the currency of the country where he money is located.
